Title: $700 up to $1600 finders fee for liquid Carbonic Servitor Post by: antiquevending on March 16, 2010, 11:09:05 pm --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I am looking for a machine and hope someone out there can help me. I would like to buy a Liquid Carbonic Servitor machine - It does not matter to me the brand name and I would prefer it to be unrestored if possible. I understand from Funtronics - Rod that there was a Liquid Carbonic on Ebay a while back that bought 900.00 dollars. I would pay 700.00 finders fee for that one if complete. Does anyone out there in soda machine land know where I might find such a machine - Thanks so much for any help - Let me know who has one and how to contact them - I would be interested in paying the balance of the sale price of the machine up to 1600.00 dollars to the finder of such a box to the 1st person that leads me to the Liquid Carbonic i am able to buy - Thanks so much - Alan Huffman 828-962-9783 or list here in this answer here in www.soda-machines.com - Thanks again Looking for an unrestored machine - brand does not matter. I want it for the museum. :jawdrop: Title: Re: 500 dollar finders fee for liquid Carbonic Servitor Post by: Crazzy Canuck on March 16, 2010, 11:12:02 pm Where'd that other one go!? Wasn't there 1 in Texas in DP or was that the 1 on Ebay?
Update: Sorry Alan. Did some more searching and it was E-bay Title: Re: 500 dollar finders fee for liquid Carbonic Servitor Post by: GreginNM on March 16, 2010, 11:17:37 pm The one in Texas is in the DP museum. However, Robb (jt2139) on this site has restored at least 3 of them. He is here in Texas as well, and may know where one may be located. Send him a PM. Good luck, Alan! I'll keep my eyes open!
Title: Re: 500 dollar finders fee for liquid Carbonic Servitor Post by: Jim on March 17, 2010, 05:28:32 am I recently spoke with Robb and he sent me a few photos that I have included on "The Liquid Page (http://soda-machines.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=178&Itemid=14)" in the Soda Machines Section.
Alan, These don't show up that often, the one that just sold on ebay was very reasonable too! $900... Title: Re: 500 dollar finders fee for liquid Carbonic Servitor Post by: antiquevending on March 17, 2010, 10:02:22 pm That is fine with me - I would pay 900.00 easy - If anyone out there can locate me an unrestored Liquid Carbonic that I can buy - I will give them 500.00 for finding it. :help:
Title: Re: 600 dollars finders fee for liquid Carbonic Servitor Post by: antiquevending on March 17, 2010, 10:07:41 pm - If you find one for 900.00 - I will pay 600.00 dollars finders fee - so anything under 1500.00 and I will pay the difference to the finder.

Title: Re: 1700 dollar finders fee for liquid Carbonic Servitor Post by: antiquevending on March 17, 2010, 10:27:22 pm Nope - I am just going to put it in the Museum - Just raise it to 1700.00 while we are at it - I would like it unrestored and complete. I will pay up to 1700.00 for this machine and the finder gets the balance - So that is (1700.00) - (cost of machine) = finders fee :jawdrop:
Title: Re: $700 up to $1600 finders fee for liquid Carbonic Servitor Post by: jt2139 on March 25, 2010, 03:03:53 pm I thought I had found you one. Had my eyes on it for years and didn't want to pay the $1000 being asked. :darn: I called yesterday to purchase and found out it sold to someone on the west coast last week. Just my luck. As mentioned I have had three in the past. The first one is in the Dr. Pepper museum in Dublin (not displayed as it is restored Coke), the second one is unrestored in the Dr. Pepper museum in Waco on display, and the third I restored Dr. Pepper since the first two went to Dr. Pepper museums and it is in a private collection in Dallas. Great machines.

It is in good shape - I need the following and would love to have a photo of what I am looking for. I would be willing to pay someone for their time in locating me these photos or some sort of useable pattern to produce them properly - I have some photos but they are not as clear as they need to be - Thanks Alan Huffman
