Great sign. I have the same one. I got it from Joey a while back and gave it to my Dad. It was also in fantastic shape and I paid double that much and he sold it to me cheap since we are friends. Great score. I like buttons better than any other sign

 Thank's Guys !!

The Story is My Brother's Wife had a Friend That Had this Hanging on the wall in there Basement for a long time ! Thay Had Found it In an old store room . There Moving in to A condo And There Decore is Changing . And Since Everyone In the family knows to Keep there Eyes & Ears Alert . Thay Called And Asked If I was Interested in it Last Week . My Brother & his Wife went to look at it For Me & E-mailed a Picture a Hour Later (I live AN 1 1/2 hours from my Brother ) I saw the Picture & Asked What They Wanted $55 I never Even gave it a thought to haggle .Just Said Give them the Cash .

So I went yesterday To Pick it up .And I would Say It's Probaly Mint ? There are a Few Light Scuffs on the very outer edge .Like It May Have had been Stacked on Others at One time . (Wish I knew ??)

I have a Lot of Signs And almost all of them I say Are an 5-6-7 Condition .But This Is Very Close to the Best I have .
It's Realy Is a Very Nice 12 Inch Botton .Now I have to Find a Spot to hang IT
