The refrigeration deck is normal. That coiled copper tube was probably added with a water fountain on the side to keep water chilled. If you buy the machine, remove the coil and take it to recycle, it's worth about $20.

Make sure you deduct money for the missing shelves as you will pay about $20.00 each for replacements.

Many Thanks.  Does this coiled copper have anything to do with the refrigeration deck.  In other words, there is no coolant running through it???  Did the water just run through the copper before running up to the fountain??????

The 5 holes on the side were for the water fountain - 2 for the lines (1 in & 1 out) and 3 mounting holes for the fountain. The copper line ran from the water source in the side of the machine, coiled around inside the machine and then came out to the fountain. The customer could get a cold drink of water as long as the machine was running. You'll see side fountains for sale occasionally, but you have to be careful not to freeze the line and split it causing water to spew out all over the inside the machine.
