Is it complete and work?
I think it's an Atlas or Bevco?????
Bring 10 men and a boy to load it a couple of hundred bucks

yes, it works and is complete.
the problem is the guy selling it is asking 245$ for it (i haggled him down from 295$)
would it be worth buying or should i let it pass?

Personally, I'd  pass.
big,  kinda ugly, and not cool uugly.
For 245 give or take a few bucks, you  can find a working Ideal slider, or  a Westinghouse or Cavalier chest cooler.

Patience.

yeah, i have to agree with you.ill probably pass on it. i was looking at the sliders in my area, but they were all missing the sliding rack.
