WHAT IS THE EASIEST WAY TO GET THE FRONT GLASS BEZEL OFF. THE MOVEMENNT IS HELD BY 4 SCREWS. LET ME KNOW YOUR THOUGHTS. THERE IS A PICTURE ON EBAY THAT IS SIMILIAR TO THE ONE I HAVE. THIS ONE ON EBAY IS TURQUISE. THANKS STEVE
