Stumbled on this. Someone's selling off quite a collection.

$15,000 divided by five. Well that equal $3000 per machine. Might be a little on the high side, don't you think?

The Orange Crush is not part of the auction $3,500 per machine!

Wasn't this same auction on Ebay earlier this year? Nice machines, just too much $$$.

They have been up once before...seller is a member here too and a close friend of Moondawg. You are paying a slight premium to be able to have all of them at once; however, he does have a 'Make Offer' option too.

The same seller has a Jacobs 56 on EBAY as well.  And I do believe I spy a Rockola 1428 at the end of that row of soda machines.

They look nice but he needs to put up more pictures of the insides and coin mechs. Not sure if they would do better selling each individually and not as a set.

I am sure a lot of people dream of owning one of each brand, but I believe that dream comes only after our dream of owning one soda machine comes true. So I bet he would do better selling them off one at a time. But will they bring $3000.00 to $3500.00 each whether sold as a collection or sold individually?

I would happily sell my VMC 33 for $2500.00 but I have had very few bits.

He has very nice stuff, completely restored I believe..

Yes indeed! He helped me with a 3D-33 I'm doing as a fantasy Orange Crush. He had sent me a pic of his and it was a real motivator for me, especially since this is my first machine. And, as fate would have it, my paint guy called me this afternoon that she was ready! I live near the Soda Jerk Works, so I'll be getting gaskets, etc. here soon and posting resto/progress pics. When I pick up the 33, I'll be dropping off a VMC 110 (generic) I'm also doing in Orange Crush. The 33 is being traded for an upholstery job on my '72 Australian Ford Falcon (right hand drive..Mad Max) and the 110 I'm keeing. So Happy New Year everyone!

Hello, I am selling part of a collection and just to let everybody here know it is not mine. It belongs to a collector that both myself and Moondawg have known for years. I have sold him many restored Machines and he approached me last year to try to move some pieces for him. He is just losing interest in collecting and in his words, "has created a monster." All pricing is set by him but he can be flexible. This is not a sales pitch but if anybody here is looking for anything special he does have quite a collection ranging from soda machines, jukeboxes, signs, many picnic coolers, pedal cars, etc. A private collection, all under one roof. If anybody is in California and would like to view the collection please give me a call and I will try to set something up for you. It is well worth the trip. Ask Moondawg. We just ask that you bring both a camera and some tissue to wipe the drool. If anybody has any questions my number is in my profile.
