What do you all use Frankly Single stage paint is looking better and better It covers Inprefections better from what I am gathering and it dosent nessisitate a clearcoat topcoat. I believe back in the 50's there wasnt such a thing as 2 stage paint anway, So I think there is a point when we go beyond what " origional" paint would have been and from talking to older folks who remember the machines in front of gas stations and people from Cok the paint wasnt that great to begin with( well not by todays clearcoat car standards) cause they were most often ment to be just shoved outside and left. Anyone have any opinions/suggestions? I will prob sand the base primer but I most likely wont colorsand/ wetsand the final color. thanks '<img'>
