Well it's been officially been canceled.  History and the production company did NOT renew the terms..

It's been a hell of a ride from the show and what it has done to this hobby though, from the good to the bad.  At one of my local shows selling lamps a few weeks ago a guy showed up asking if I'd be interested in restoring his vintage fan, but his real dream was to send it off to Rick instead.  Just about drove me crazy, I ended up giving him a couple of names of folks on the forum after trying to explain that stuff wasn't always as it seems on TV.

       I must agree with Tom.
       I have an 81 in my shop for restoration right now. Customer inquired to Rick's about restoring it. They told him 6 to 12 months and $10,000.
