Write him a message saying Friday you will file a non-paying bidder report with eBay unless you get a response.
Have you tried calling him? A phone number was listed on the website I posted.
Give him 10 days - that is plenty of time - and move on with the necessary actions.

If you sent him a note, with enough time to respond, then  it's time to pull the trigger.
I hate being the bad guy,  but it doesn't matter who  the buyer is, you set the terms of the sale, by bidding he  agreed to those terms, you've tried to contact him, he hasn't responded.  You may be a swell guy Josh, but you're still out the money

you can initiate a non payment complaint with ebay, if he contacts you and you two rewsolve it you can always retract it.

 have spoke to the lady answering the phones twice and she assured me both times that he would call by the end of the business day. Each time no response. I have sent four emails and escalated the auction with ebay on Friday and still no response. He got the deal of a lifetime. A complete 3 door embossed victor for $399. I really don't want him to take it anyway as I hopped for more money from it.
