That is a Jacobs 26. Nice machine. Is it complete? The drum is hard to find. I sold one a few months ago that was a nice origional that worked but needed paint for $800.

If that is a good straight machine that works I'd give $800 for it any and all days of the week! I love the look of the Jacobs!

Hi,Rogerz

Your Jacobs 26 is nice looking is it complet ? Meaning coin Mech & drum not missing .Does it cool propley ? Was it restored ?If there is NO rust on the in-side or around the belt line (Were the inside liner meets ) Then a fair Market Value in as nice of condition as shown in picture . More like $1200 to $1600 . Just my 2 cents !!!!!!!

I've just restored to new condition (no rust, everything works, new paint and decals, even polished the brass) Jacobs 26.  All I'm missing is the drum guard and that's being fabricated for me as we speak.  I'm in the Seattle area and have been told by local collectors that my machine will sell for five grand easy.  Just thought you would like to know.

Cap catcher & opener are missing, but available. Coin mech must be  present 'cause that's what the handle is attatched to.    Hope it has a drum and linkage, it looks to be a nice original.

If anybody needs a shell and the remains of the cooling let me know. I bought one on  6 years ago for $200 and it's still in my brothers garage near Baltimore. If anybody lives up that way and needs a shell let me know. I'll Email my brother and see if it's still there.
