I don't believe that was ever a slider.  Looks like a Kelvinator 180 self serve cooler.  By the pictures, it would appear that the lids were missing so they slapped a piece of painted lumber or formica on top and converted it to a table.  Nice paint and a neat conversation piece but the cooling system is probably gone or non-functioning.   Those Kelvinators have a lot of nice embossing on them but they are heavy and not very practical.

I'm with Tim...cool to look at it but very heavy, and not practical.

Keep looking for something smaller and complete like a Ideal 55 Slider, etc.
