decals and vinyl sticker question

I am sure this has been asked before, but here goes. Is there someone on this forum that can make decals or vinyl stickers? The only problem is that I only have a picture of it. Can a decal or sticker be duplicated from a digital picture?

Yes it can be. Most shops can do it.

The only issue will be correct sizing of all the details within the decal.
Photos can/will distort artwork and are relative to the actual size...
But yes, as stated, it can be done

Thanks for the input. It is a very small decal for a Ristaucrat non select jukebox. I have gotten a good, clear close up picture of it and think it should turn out ok. Thanks again
