Marko

I think that bezel is for the coin return not the bottle opener. Will it fit?

That bezel is to a coin return. It will fit your coin return but not bottle opener.

Wow I just got a quote on how much the metal will be for the front. I had no idea. Just a flat piece of aluminum is $100. I was still thinking about doing the whole front in polished diamond plate and that is $112. I think that is the best since it won't have to be painted. What do you all think this thing might sell for on ebay when done. I dont want to sink a small fortune into it. I was thinking about painting the sides all orange with black decals and the door trim on the front black with the polished diamond plate front. It would look like the new diamond plate refrigerators that they have now. Any info

Josh

Ebay pricing & selling is always strange. But the Harley ideas sounds good.

What would it look like with the front cover off completely
then paint the front door with the window?....
Can that be done?

I don't know that I understand. Are you saying take the front door off and just use what is behind it? The reason That would not work is the front door is what seals the cold air in. There is no bottle door behind the big front door just a hole to pull the bottles through. I am in the process of taking the wood pannel out now and it is easier said than done. The foam inside is injected in from a hole in the bottom of the door. This is going to be harder than I thought. And more pricey.

No, you wont be able to vend bottles with a can rack. It's different because it has a "foot" that pushes the can forward when you pull the front tab.
Because of availibility and cost, cans are preferred.
You got a nice bottle stack and compressor for $50.00. Quit while you're ahead. I painted one Coke red and white once, tried to sell it for 2 years then parted it out.
I'd like to see the Harley idea applied to a real glass door machine though.          Glen

Hey all,
I have a  pepsi 56 with a can rack also.  Just wanted to know if anyone knows if there is a place you can trade your can rack for a bottle rack.  Or is there anyone who has one sitting around they want to sell or get rid of:)  All brands will work I'm sure.  Thanks all.
