I have seen one listed on E-Bay before but not sure of the manu.  I like the round mirror and the script "Cigarettes".  Nice machine.

Looks nice and small too. Price seems fair looking at the condition in the pic.

I have had four of these machines and all the ones I have are just like that one and are not a Cigarette machine, everyone tries to make them a cigarette machine but the vending unit is so small inside that the max width for vending something is 1 1/4" wide very small. All mine were new old stock and were Kodak Film vending machines. I did mine to vend the small boxs of dots very hard to find anything that small to vend and even those were a little to big and had to make some adjustments just to get them to vend. Ask to see the vending unit and have him measure the width of the vending shoot.

They did make this machine in a nine selection that was a cigarette vendor but this machine is a 6 selection and has a very small vending unit look at my photos close and ask him to hold up a tape measure to the width of a vending shoot for it to vend cigarettes it needs to be  around 3" + to vend a pack.

It seems like someone went to a lot of trouble to make it a cigarette machine with that 'cigarettes' bezel.
Found this website with candy and cigarette machine flyers from the 50's which shows several different makes and models.

There was a guy at the Chacago show that did two of them in Cigarettes and jeff Wolf said Tom was looking at them and the guy ended up fessing up that they wouldn't vend Cigarettes after he confronted him about it. I he's on ebay under king157bears and you can see the two he did in cigarettes that won't vend cigarettes, just looks. Jeff said the guy told Tom that the old packs were smaller but jeff sent Tom pictures of mine and Tom went back and the guy fessed up. All the guy needs to do is measure the width of the vending shoot, it's only an 1 1/4" wide and theres no pack of cigarettes that small. 2 1/4"   is min for a cigarette pack.

This must be the ones that Curtis is talking about:

Very cool paint-jobs!  His ad titles are misleading but the guy is being somewhat honest about the machine's original use in his E-Bay ads.  That is a lot of coin to put into paint jobs on a machines that will not vend the product!

curtis is right, that machine will never vend cigarettes, it is to small to vend a pack, the one at the show the  guy said it would vend  but once tom made him open , he then said it would not, sometimes you got to be very careful at the shows.he wanted 1400 for it, it would have been a 1400 coat hook

I think those two machines look pretty cool. Mabye not original, but a cool design on both. Who vends cigarettes anyway? I give that guy a thumbs up for originality.

Ok, here is the deal! I have pics of the guy who measured the cig machine. It is almost 2 1/2 inches wide and 3 inches deep. It can vend a cig pack!!!! It looks to be the real deal for cig's!!! I will download and post the pics!

Well, here is a good pic of the inside. It is a six pull. He said the wideth is almost 2 1/2 inches and the depth is 4 1/2. That sound right? I am going to look at it.
