Found this while working today and the gentleman said he would sell it but didn't know its worth. Then he said he would trade for a can machine. So what is it worth? It was running fine, just nothing in it for the last several years.

Nice!! It is a Cs64C. It is the most valuable of the 64's. Unrestored I would say around $400. I am restoring one now. They are nice solid machines.

Thanks Josh,
I'm going to do everything I can to dig up something I can trade for it, first. As a last resort I will make an offer.

I picked up a Dixie Narco Pepsi machine for free today. Repaired a leak on the evaporator and stuffed some 12 back in it. Hopefully I'll make a trade tomorrow for the CS 64. The Pepsi machine is pretty nice and almost hate to get rid of it, well can't have them both, so saith the wife.

In my opinion, that's would be a very worthwhile trade. In the long run and probably even in the short term, you'll thank yourself for it. Good luck and let us know how things turn out!

I have left two messages and I am waiting patiently for the gentleman to return my call. I'm really excited, yet nervous he will have a change of heart. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Going to try and get the Toms clip rack holding those chips also, Then I'll go back and scold them for having them up there in the first place.

I got shot down by the guys wife. She heard us talking and she decided she didn't want to see it go. Guess I can't blame her. They will be a next time.

Man, that stinks. I really dislike it when a "third party" sours the deal......Keep looking, you'll find something good! It's always a tad bit dark before the sunrise! '<img'>

Usually it's the wife that wants to see it go.  '<img'>

Keep your options open. Offer to restore the machine for him for a nominal fee so that you can line your pockets!! LOL   '<img'>  '<img'>  '<img'>
