any idea what it's worth? it works, coins operate the bottle release mechanism, lights up, just looking for a few door parts to make it complete. it's all original, minor surface rust, wondered what it might be worth in various states. thanks!

Contrary to popular belief, uncommon or rare does not always equate to high value. IMO - I think you would be lucky to get $200 for it.

i was hoping the door locking mechanism would be common to some other similar machines, and the coin return lever too. oh yeah, and the correct change lens. here's hoping! i'd love to see a pic of anyone else's machine inside the coin mech door if they had a pic of it.

The lock looks like a standard lock bar as used in lots of Cavalier and Westinghouse machines. What is the distance between the two tabs with slots?
Here is a pic of the lock bar type in a Westinghouse machine. The lock bar on my Cavalier is slightly different with an extra arm by the lock cylinder.

awesome deal! the door itself is 13" wide by 21 1/4" tall, the tabs are slotted and 18" apart. i can prob make something to work if i had the main mechanism, unless you have ones that will work. the slots are about 5/8" wide, maybe more like 9/16" need any other pics? would love to find the correct change lens too, i assume that's what is supposed to be behind that one rectangle with the socket behind it. thanks !!

Ok I found some of the lock bars I have 5 vendo's and two Cav. one is 21 11/16 " X 5/8 the other one is 18 5/16 x 5/8.
thec style your looking for.
