Found these four stainless-steel lids for some type of four-door cooler in the "Jackpot" warehouse, possibly for a Victor or True 4-door chest???   '<img'>   C-45

Yes, they are for sale!

they measure   W=22-3/4 x H=14-1/2 & 2" thick,  the top is ribbed stainless steel, he backs are galvanized with brass runners/slide-bars. black plastic/bakolite handles

I would think they are for a Victor because of the rib's on the face of the lids. all the true lids I have seen are plain.
