...after the bad weather that swept through the area. Tornado's and aluminum trailers don't get along very well.

Hope all are ok.

I left Sat morning, so I'm back here in Central PA just fine.

One of my employees flew in on Saturday for the Bears-Ravens game yesterday.  What a mess.  His flight was cancelled last night, and now he has to take 2 connecting flights and fly into a different airport to get home today.  Then he has to be taken by bus to his originating airport so he can collect his car.   So his original 2.5 hour flight yesterday evening is now 11+ hours of travelling today.

Larry - hope you weathered the storm OK!

Hope he was pulling for the Bears since the Ravens got beat.  That would really suck to go through that and have your team lose too.

Nope - the group of them were from Baltimore.  Smiley

The weather sucked there yesterday. I was at the gas station when there was an announcement outside to seek shelter immediately. Fortunately there was no tornado but it sure looked like there could be one any second. I had a flight at 1:40 and it was delayed and I ended up leaving at 6:00. I was shocked we even flew out at all. I must admit I was kinda hoping to see a tornado. In the distance of course.  biggrin I was able to get some good pictures though.

I was fine.  No wind damage or flooding.  Just to be safe, the whole family went into the basement and climbed into our Vendo ice cream machine.  There was still room for a few neighbors.  biggrin

The scariest flight I was ever on was one that left O'Hare in a thunderstorm back in the 90's.  We were held for about thirty minutes on the runway, then the pilot announced "we are going to go ahead and give it a try"  I will never forget those words. My reaction was "WTF"

Flying into Atlanta in the rain the pilot says we have to circle the airport because of possible lightning strikes.

After about an hour with no change in the weather, the pilot says  "we're going in anyways.....we're running out of fuel!"   oh

Sounds like the "Customer Contact Skills Workshop" was overlooked by some aviation employee's.  jawdrop
