Title: Vendo 81 actuator linkage
Post by: sodaworks on February 22, 2018, 12:45:38 am
Can someone post a photo of the linkage bracket set up that bolts below the bottle door and advances the bottle stack cam. I have the new linkage arm from Funtronics but I dont believe I have the right part and bracket that bolts below the bottle door. Thx  I really appreciate it.

Thx Glen, The only one I could find was for a 110 on ebay. It's different for sure. Does anyone one have an extra one? I have the new linkage arm but not the piece that bolts below the bottle door. Thx T

Glen, Could you please get me a measurement of the length from the back base plate to the outer end of the rotating shaft. If the 110 unit is long enough I might be able to make it work. Thx T

Does anyone have a extra vend piece that bolts up below the bottle door and attaches to the linkage. I have the linkage just need the base plate and the round cam shaft with the slot in it for a 81? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thx T

Can someone please measure the length of the round cam vending shaft. I need a measurement from the outer end of the shaft back to the base plate. I'm looking to modify a 110 unit to work on a clients 81D. Thx T

THx Glen,
The 110 cam is only 15/16". I thought it looked way too short. Anyone have a spare with bracket for sell?

Looks like I'm going to be making a complete bracket vending cam assembly. Luckily I have a fab and machine shop  avail. to do it. I need a few more measurements. I need the distance of the back spacing between the front sides of the back rectangle bracket and the front plate holding the vending cam shaft. I also need the measurement of the space between the vending cam shaft and the center line of the linkage pin. It would really be nice if someone had assembly I could borrow for a few days so that I could get the exact measurements as well as the degrees of the indexing of the arm leading to the linkage. If I can borrow one I can make up a few spares and have a solid print to replicate for future members when this issue comes up again. Thx T
