Usually the sides are all scratched up from transporting around.
Looks like it is missing the spacers, but they can be made.
If I were closer, I'd have it in my house....

I'd say it is up there due to the small size and light up sign.  The USS-64 is also a decently desirable machine but for more practical purposes.  The USS-64 is a slant-shelf machine that vends both bottles and cans.   Nice USS 64's go for $500-ish.  This C-55 is definitely more rare.

As Tom said it's missing the Bottle/Can shims.And maybe Huh? One back spacer And if the vend Motors don't work . Your gonna need to by a Donner machine or hope to find spare motors . Other then that a good price

Very nice indeed.

My wife and I are over in Lansing, Michigan area doing a little antiqueing this weekend, which is exactly 3 hr 30 mins away from this machine.

I have a non lighted sign one, would love a lighted one.

Unfortunately with her with me, this one can't just show up in the garage ............ oops
