I have a Cav USS64 square top that was completely refurbished "Grade A" a couple years ago. Machine stopped cooling a couple weeks ago or so. BC recommended that I try a Supco 3 'N 1 Start  - - replaces all electrical components on all capillary systems.  So, I added that part and all seemed well, machine cooled just fine.  Anyway, the condensing coils have since frosted completely over - twice. The thermostat switch seems to "click" when I move it up and down and I have the setting on just under 5 so I'm not sure what could be going on. Thoughts? Could I have installed the 3 'N Start wrong and created this issue? OR, could this issue have caused the part to fail in the first place - I supposed I might have missed an extreme frost over and all melted off. Any ideas would be appreciated.

When the evaporator coils frost up, you have a good compressor.
The fan motor above it is supposed keep the frost from forming and it may be faulty.
