I thought that as well, looks a little rough, but there are some paint "Cleaning" products out there from Mquires and other car wax manufactures.. I'd go to your local carquest/Napa/advanced auto and seee what they have for paint revitalization.

Hey Everyone, thanks for all the help/posts.  I picked up the cooler Saturday and started cleaning it up a little bit.  I already found a place for it!!!
