Restoring America...1 machine at a time!

« on: November 08, 2010, 08:37:00 am »

Guys, I have found this machine for sale but the guy doesn't know what he wants for it. I believe it is a Jacobs 26 but dont know the difference between the the various models. He "believes" everything is there but unsure. What would be an "average price" for the machine in this condition. He also "believes" the compressor works... or at least that is what he was told. I know these are rare but can be found. Thanks! Jeff

He said the coin Mech. and door is there but looks like duct tape was used to hold it shut. Can you even find parts for one of these without buying another machine for parts?

I'd make sure the coin mech is complete and there, and make sure the coin door is include.. the Hard part to find, (the Drum) is there, so you in good shape with that!.

Avg price.. 600-900 for a nicer machine.. this one maybe 500?

this is a 26 the 35 has a totally different handle. the cap catcher(75.00) is reproduced but not the coin mech cover. so make sure they are present.
