If ya happened to see the news from SC about the train collision, I am not affected by the chemical release...it was about 60 miles from where I am...Thank the great one above for sparing us. What a tragedy.

I am in Kansas. Just got my power back on. It has been off sense Tuesday night. Some of the surrounding towns (like Wichita) are looking at Monday at the earliest to get their power back on. The lows have been around 7 degrees at night.

I am from Cincinnatti Oh it has been warmer than usual the past few days but it is 34 degrees today. I just moved here from sunny Daytona Beach where it has been around 75 degrees. I should be shot for moving back up north.

Dang 'kito! Looks like you may be the only person from up you way. I feel a little alone here in good ole' Bloomington, Indiana sometimes! I guess Dr. Galaga is from Indiana too but not sure where. Supposed to get down to 27 degrees tonight.....I hate cold weather. I guess that's what I get for moving here from San Diego!!!!!
