Napkin Holder

I picked up a second fortune teller napkin holder. Does anyone know anything about these? Mine seems complete but will not vend. I had a buddy who is good with this stuff look at it and he said there is a piece that slides the fortune out and mine is worn out. Any help would be appreciated.

I've had a few of these...

Your mate is right.. There is a little flap that pushes the card out. I seem to remember having a problem
with a swami I had where I had to bend the flap to get it to work.

I love these. They seem to command big money now. Lots of different types..
