Hello

I  have my V126 in operation now & here is the problem.

I had the machine running with the refrigeration system out of my V-63 & all was well. The entire coin mech & vending system worked fine. Now I installed the new refrigeration unit with the orginal coin/light wiring harness. Now the coin mech does not work.  The coin mech has power because the coin counting switch works fine & the lights work fine.

So here is my question.  The first temporary system installed had just two wires to the vending solenoid & the new system with the orginal wiring harness has four wires to the vending solenoid. Two wires hook up to the solenoid itself & the second two wires fit under two screws at the front of the vending switch. Is it possible that I have the wiring pattern reversed on the wires?  What are the second set of wires for? a vending light?

here's a wiring diagram for a V63, basically the same as a V126
you may have the vending switches wires on the wrong contact pair/terminals (normally closed + common is correct) which would disable the coinmech & CREMS (if it was connected to the normally open + common terminals, this would be incorrect)

Hello

Thanks for the reply but that diagram is a little over my head. So what are the second pair of wires for?

No Problem, the two wires that have the push-on connectors go to the soleniod, the two with the screw-on connectors go to the vending switch, one attaches to the screw marked "com" or "C" , or "common",    the other one attaches to the one marked "NC" ,or "Norm Closed" , or N.C., there should be no other wires down there on a Vendo.

Thanks. I hope to have time to check it tonight.

I did check the new refrigeration system this morning & it was cooling down to 38 degrees.

Hello

Well I vended an ice cold Corona last night & then went to work while punching down the beer.

Then I switched the wires with no success. I then tried the SMC hot wire on the vending circuit & the soleniod worked fine. So I installed my last back up coin mech & I was once again vending for 25 cents.

Success.
