Hello

I ordered & installed a new vend solenoid on the bottom of my vending rack.  The solenoid works but is very loud when it trips. Is this normal?

Mine is about as loud as a firm knuckle knock on the side of the machine.
If you want to know what is loud, stand next to a old jukebox when someone puts a selection in via a wallbox.  It starts a series of about 20-40 clicking pulses!  Guaranteed to startle your friends that are standing next to it  '<img'> !

Hello

Mine buzzes & then cycles. As long as it works the noise will add a little charactor to the whole process.

Kevin,
Where did you order your solenoid from?
Thanks,

Markito -> I've been told that Funtronics and/or Soda Jerk Works ( both listed as parts supplier on the main page) have more parts than anyone... can't confirm it yet as I just ordered their catalogues.  You might start there.
