Have you tried the guy on Ebay who sells manuals? It's not on the his list but he might be able help. His seller Id is 456.

I have never seen a J-56 manual for sale. I've seen a flyer or two - that's all!
If you find anything, I'd like a scan if possible!

Well the problem I was having solved itself , now I have a new problem with the wiring for the light up

I have some old fire retardant wood paneling in my basement.  That "wood" cover the Jacobs nicely!
