I am very new to the vintage soda machine world. Always had wanted one. Found this one, can't find any info about it before I offer any $$$. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Looks as if it was once red (Coke) and had been painted white (Sprite)

Thanks - Ryan

It looks like an Ideal 110 model (generic) the squarish/guillotine type vending gates are a give-away as is the round main-door /plug-lock ( just like the kind found on Ideal & Glasco sliders) they are kind of unusual!  smile   here's a picture of one with a Squirt sign on it.

later models also had a lightup sign available ( I sold two 7up Ideal/100 lightup vendors myself)

Yeah..220,221 whatever it takes.
Remember, all it needs is a shot of Freon!
The Vendo V-83 is the '59 Edsel of the coke machine world. ;p
Spray painting does NOT restore a compressor
11 is louder than 10...
"Hope" is good, but it's not an action plan.

That definately looks like it. Still can't seem to find much info on this machine. Under "Soda Machines" on this site, 110 is not shown. Any idea on value?

Not much of a desire for these machines, they are the size of a Vendo V90 squaretop, & really kinda plain-jane looking, I see what's left of a Squirt sticker on your machine face, it would be better if you have a dimensional sign, value? well I sold my two lightup versions for between $100-300.00 ( and they were lightups so they tended to bring more)

Johnie,

Do you still have the Ideal 110...?
And if so, do know I have to ask...
Can I use a photo or two in the Soda Machines Section...?
If so, what are the chances of acquiring a photo like the one above but from slightly off to one side a little...?
Logged

My six cents,

Jim
