Not really all that unique...sounds like a slider.
Could be unique if there is embossed lettering...can you post a picture?
That would help in providing you more information!
You can look in the Soda Machines link (upper left) for more info...
check under Glasco, Ideal and Cornelius and see if you find it

Sounds like a slider, like said earlier... does it look like something like this, it could be many colors and or brands but this will give us an idea...

Here are the photos from Jet99.
The Cooler tag on one photo not attached says Universal Cooler from Barrie Canada.

My opionion is it's not as desirable as the Glasco's or Ideals, like I pictured earlier. Same as the square top machines vs a round top... It's probably Mid 60's? but being it's complete with rack...helps it's value.

I'd value it the same as a Cornelius slider, which sell for around $80-$100 bucks..

Looks more solid than a Cornelius slider.  I kind of like the looks of it.  How wide is it?

It looks to me like the rack and coin mech will fit an ideal or glasco

Boy that does look like a cornelius the way the body is on that thing
but more heavy duty .
Does it get cold and does the coin mech work??
if those work fine  I would go $80 - $110 not more
it's just not a desirable  machine, maybe 10 to 15 years
it's stock may go up .
It's a great starter machine for some one looking to get there feet wet
in this hobby.

Thanks for getting the pictures up!!...the machine is 38 inches long, 38 inches tall and 19 inches wide, it weighs about 150lbs give or take a bit, the coin mech works and it gets cold if its turned up to high you would be able to make ice, I like to fill it at christmas and sometimes during the summer for fun. i like hearing what everyone thinks about it, but I am suprised at how little it is worth...
