Wow! I didn't know it was that bad!

It still vends on a quarter and gives back 3 nickels! Nothing on a dime.

That thingamajig is the penny scavenger plate. It should lay flush with the brass (tongue like thing) holding it down.
The mech should vend on two nickels, one dime and give change for a quarter.
