Is there an EASY way to set this machine to free vend?

Yes, place your sodas in bucket of ice on the floor along side of the machine... tounge

Seriously though, use the search feature hear on the website for "the free play switch once again" it's pinned atthe top of the discussion area under the Vending Mechanisms postings.
