OK - so I got this WB-60 chilling drinks in the garage. So far it works great - starts up about once or twice an hour for 15 minutes, but the bottle door flapper rattles incessantly. I looked and did not see any trace of a spring on it and there is not one listed in the manual's Parts Guide.

Anybody had this problem and how did you solve it? It is not really that big of a deal since it is out of sight in the garage, but I know it shouldn't be this way.

Hows about a little thin foam tape along the inside contact area of the flap?

I'll assume the machine is level, but perhaps a slight tilt toward the back may keep the bottle door flap resting against the chute...

My six cents,
