I have been watching that machine. It is a Westinghouse but I forget the model. I have emailed him a few times to see what his reserve is but they don't even email back. It is an ugly machine but might have some potential. Does anyone know what one might be worth?

I like it the way it is, no restoration required.  Especially cool is individual crank handles.....no vend motors.
One of our members has a couple of these and shared his pic's with us a while back. I forget the Westinghouse model # too.  Was it a 66?

They have the reserve set at $500.  I agree that it looks good the way that it is.  ''

Wow $500. That is pretty high for an ugly late 60's machine. I think I will pass. I was going to be interested but at a max of $150. I hope this person wants to keep this machine for another 30 years untill it is worth that.

Wait until no one bids on it and contact them after the auction is over with the offer.  Some sellers become more reasonable once they realize no one is interested at the higher prices.

Wasn't there a discussion here a few months ago about how most of you thought this model was an ugly machine?  I don't think it's that bad (not saying I'd run out and buy one). ':p'

Bull dogs are cool & ugly. So you can be both...  I'm conviced this machine is ugly.  Still working on the cool.  I could be convinced that it's $50 - $150 cool, but having a rough time seeing it as $500 cool.

Josh - I'd put a $50 bid on it and then if/when it doesn't sell you can contact the seller as a real interested buyer whose following up on their bid.  If it is a repeat appearance as Dr.G thinks and it doesn't sell a second time you might get lucky.
