Title: Thread Cutting Screws
Post by: booker1978 on July 23, 2012, 02:08:18 pm
I am having difficulty finding a variety of sizes of what the manual refers to as Thread Cutting Screws (Type 1) in my CSS-64F. Anyone have a good source for these either in the Dallas/Ft Worth area or online? I have checked my local Ace Hardware and all of the Big Box stores, to no avail. Is there another type of screw that would work that may be more readily available?

Regret you did not get a faster response.
Any stainless steel screw is fine unless you want a concours factory correct restoration.
If that is the case your orginals after a couple of days in a rock/shell casing tumbler with walnut shell medium will look like new.
