This one's fairly close to where I live.  I'd like to grab a 7UP machine (and not pay shipping).

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=616

I'm not real familiar with this model, and I don't see it listed on this board in the Machines section.

Anyone know how tall this one is?  Any opinions at all on this particular model? '<img'>

Thanks,
Bob

Hey Racerx45

I think I was bidding against you on the two machines last week. I am kind of glad I did not win.

The machine is a lacrosse 81. I have heard good things about these machines. I do know that parts are hard to come by but if it is a good complete machine I say get it. I really like 7up machines.

I agree with Loman4ec, the LaCrosse's are solid machines & tough little critter's, the nice thing about them is that the compressors are flare-connections, which makes servicing them a breeze, the down side is spare-parts, such as missing shelves, trim, etc, ( nobody ever seems to have run across a manual for these machines) this one looks complete  it's in nice shape too....can't beat the starting bid either! I've Got a couple of Pepsi, & one RC-Cola Lacrosse machines ( an "81" & a 90, and a "100") they are nice to have & work on...go for it!   '<img'>

Yeah..220,221 whatever it takes.
Remember, all it needs is a shot of Freon!
The Vendo V-83 is the '59 Edsel of the coke machine world. ;p
Spray painting does NOT restore a compressor
11 is louder than 10...
"Hope" is good, but it's not an action plan.
