The bar and price/ out display piece is made out of steel or aluminum? I can't seem to tell.  Also my mirror finished display trays have some surface rust don't know if I should try to sand these out and polish or buy a new set. Are these stainless steel or aluminum?

Pretty sure it's all steel.. i Know the Trays that back the display are polished stainless...

I'm thinking ill buy new trays. Might not be worth trying to polish them out thanks
