alot of the old GM cars of the 50's and early 60's used the clutch head screws. I just picked up a 61 or 62 Chevrolet Apache this week and it has clutch head screws.

I also plan on going with a regular head screws , I had to drill out a few tork head screws on my first La Crosse and I probably will have to drill out a few on the others   darn but that the price of the hobbie. biggrin.

Luckily for me I only had to drill out a few. Also lucky for me is they are all the same size. I have a much bigger problem than realized though, when I removed the liner tonight. The beltline rust is so bad, that one screw pushed through the metal. I am going to have to do a lot of work underneath the bottom breaker strip. Ill post pics when the insulation is out.
