Crank Handle Parts Missing on V81B

Hi!
I'm looking for some parts that went missing when my crank handle for my V81B was returned after getting it chromed. Does anyone know where I can find these or do I just need to buy a new handle. On the picture, I am missing items 3,4,5 and 6. Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions.

Its easy to say now but you should have removed those parts before shipping off to the chromer...
I know that the new ones that appear on eBay are only the shells and don't generally have the parts you want
at least they didn't wehen I bought one a good few years ago.. Thanksfully someone here came to my rescue.
