Came across this last week. Thought $400 seemed high. Can't see inside since no keys and the nickel went right in and out.  Since I can't see inside, wanted to know if it works, would the nickel go straight through or "catch" (need to pull the lever)?

I couldn't better size the pic of the one I found last week as AJ asked in his post above. So, I posted a link to a similar one I found on-line that sold back in 2008 for pics. Apologies for any confusion.

I have that machine in New Old Stock condition. I have the shipping carton as well as the instruction sheet for proper loading of the machine. I also bought a box of the Hershey bars years ago that would dispense from this machine. The new style wrappers will not.

Is there modern "product" that will fit in these? I passed on a couple of them because I didn't think there was anything that would fit in them anymore... We like to use our machines.
