I noticed the ice in front on the coiled wire and metal bulb. 

        If moisture is in the freon, when it goes under pressure and gets cold that water
turns into a little drop of ice, blocking the small capillary tube and frost/ice forms there.

How do you fix that? That means there's a leak somewhere? Is that copper bulb called the accumulator?
