serial codes question

On my vendo 39 it has the manufactors plate on it.The number on it says 013363 model F39B7.When i look it up it seams to be missing numbers.Any clue or am i reading the code wrong

Have never had any luck with the codes on Vendo's. Don't think record keeping was high on list.
