Well I bought the Vendo 44 that I have been talking about in the estimated values section and sold it is Cincinnati so today I drove up to Cincy to drop it off. I ended up picking this machine up. Check this out. It is a Vendorlator 56 square top with a crank handle. I think someone here bought a pepsi one a fer months ago. It is in good condition  and complete. It is generic though. This is such a cool machine. I really like this one. A good deal for $350.

Nice score Josh!, I like these transitional machines a lot!
I have a question about the bottle stack, is that the corect one, it almost looks like an electric stack (hard to tell from the photo), I see the mechanical link from the door, but I don't see it's mate (the cam) on the bottom of the stack.
just curious... '<img'>

So you bought a VMC44, turned it over immediately and then found an extremely cool VMC56 on the drive home?  How the '<img'> do you find these deals so close and so often.

Wow.

Can't wait to see the VMC finished.  What does the crank do?

It is a mechanical stack. The crank works just like a round top. I didn't find the machine on the way home. I think I worded that wrong. I actually traded the Vendo 44 for this plus some cash. I just couldn't pass it up. I really like the looks of it. The only problem is that it has a weird coin mech that isn't complete. It works but someone has made it free vend and destroyed it. We think this might be a canadian mech since the person that I bought this from has two other machines that are almost identical but have regular large door coin mechs in them. I am not too worried about it right now because it does work for free and I think this machine is a keeper.  I have looked at it and a large coin door coin mech should work fine. I think this was a great score. I honestly would rather have this than a 44 any day.

He's got two more of the crank VMC's?  Is he selling?

PS - I'm still impressed with how fast you buy & sell, wheel & deal, etc, etc.

I doubt he wants to sell them but I will ask him. I have been out there playing with this machine today and this is the coolest machine I have ever had.
