If you have/buy a used damaged door, One of the SMC sponsors, The Soda Jerk Works, offers a Vendo 39 vending door restoration service. Check it out.

Used ones come up on eBay fairly often....haven't priced them in a while, but they used to sell for about $75-$100

Great info on the restoration service. How much does it normally run to restore a door with a very small crack?

This link is a little premature, but it redirects you to The Soda Jerk Works New Site and a brief description on Bottle Door Restorations
Then just click on the Vendo V-39 Link...

I just talked with Sharon and it looks like it will cost around $225.00 plus shipping for a complete door assembly using my original door as a donor and a new replacement door from Soda Jerk Works. $125.00 for the door and $100.00 for paint and assembly. I will be sending my broken door out on Monday.
