why don't you post a pic of what you have? If you really wanted to, you could use a dremel and cut the square hole out. You could also make it round. Its just for the light to shine down..

I found a picture online that shows the setup I have - My stack has the notch that this one doesn't.
This pic shows the stainless trim inside the bottle door and the lack of bulb assembly.
