Hi guys, just got this and I wanted to know what you guys think the value of it is.  It is complete and had been restored about 15 years ago so it looks really good.  Looks like it has some compressor work too.  I do have the key and hex tool.  Thanks!  Not sure I am keeping it...

It's not really complete but only missing lid stops.

It has not been restored, just painted.

If it had been restored the slider rack would have been powder coated and the inner liner painted a better silver color, a new lid made with a new handle and chrome plated hinges, new coin entry plate on a rechromed coin tower and new wiring rather than electrical tape wraping the old brittle wires. The power cord was changed fortunately.

The embossed logo is difficult to paint but the black shadow was left off.

So, what's it worth? Well from my personal experience, very few people want to buy an antique soda machine ...... everybody wants an old Coke machine. That being said, the parts alone are worth $350.00 but that's just my opinion. Others here may give it a higher value.

Well with the lid stop  it is not a good restoration job Like Glen had stated bottle rack  rusty ,  tank just a poor job done there,  the inside of the compressor area  again poorly  painted,  no casters and the wiring  poor.

Ok with that being said   new wiring harness $46. can take care of that pull the rack and have that powder coated
$50 to $60  Paint the tank Hammertone paint ,  casters $20  and finish off the inside of the compressor area  black  paint.  tape off stuff you don't want black and polish up the chrome,  and I would think with these things done
$500 to $600

But the way it sits $350 in not off the mark.

Hi Pat,

Couple of questions.

It does have casters that are small white plastic ones.  They are in good shape and it rolls well. Are those original?

You said to paint the tank hammertone.  It that the area the rack sits on?

You also said paint the area the compressor is in black.  I that all the visible area from the rear?

Thanks for the help!

The original casters were cast iron on these machines, so no they are replacements & poorly mounted at that...the compressor area is open to view if you stand at the rear of the machine, but not from the front
