I have a Westinghouse WD-60-K6-D that is having a refrigeration problem and I could use some help.  The compressor will kick-in and cool for about 30 seconds and then stop.  The area around the coils is cool (the arear at the top by the bottles is still warm) the coils appear to have frost on them and are cool to the touch.  I can adjust the thermostat and get the compressor to kick-in again, but then it will shut-off again after a short time.  I could use any help you could give as to where and how to trouble shoot this problem.  Thanks in advance for helping an newbie!

If so, the cross the two thermostat wires together and see if it stays running and frosts the coils

Thank you MoonDawg and Kevin for the responses!
First question:  Two fan motors?  The fan by the compressor at the bottom of the box is running!  Where should I look for the second fan/motor?
