I was wondering if any of you have ever seen a Shasta branded machine? I know that there are more recent models but I am wondering about pre-1970 machines. They were a prolific canner of soda's in the early years (1950's and 60's) but they did have bottles too.

Interesting question.  It will be interesting to see if any pics show up here.

I haven't seen a Shasta machine yet, I am going to check out a light up orange soda machine soon.

Not to de-rail the thread, but I always remember my (thrifty) father would never bring home Coca-Cola no matter how much me and my brothers begged, it was always SHASTA Cola because it was cheaper. '<img'>

I'm sure there's gotta be a light-up one sitting somewhere...
Heck a friend of mine seen a Nu-Grape light-up behind a bottler
in Arkansas a while back..... a 70s model... so if a little company like
Nu-grape had them you know Shasta had to have them....
