Hello there...
I have a  wonderful old 4ft Coke box with a lid that opens up on both sides.
It cools, but only to 45deg.
I was wondering if this old gal has an adjustable thermostat?

Sorry, I forgot to mention that it is a Westinghouse WD12.

The Thermostat is located inside the compressor area (rear) tucked up near the bottom left of the tank, you'll need to pull off the grill that covers the compressor compartment.

This sounds to be a pretty simple task once I get it mooooved into a workable position... lol  
 Any special tools or hazards I should be aware of?

Just the usual, moving fan blades,hot compressor case, etc, also the Thermostat should have a cover on the back, which sometimes is missing/removed, the wires on the back of the T-stat have 115 volts across them so just watch where you put your fingers  ':O' , it's got a knob (if it's original) or a sloted adjustment shaft like mine, colder=higher up in numbers ie:
"7" is colder than "4" , watch your temp in the bottle area as the air coming out of the top of the center fan/tower may freeze the bottles that are closest to it. hope it helps...JohnieG
