Got my first picnic cooler the other day (its in fairly rough shape) and just now have got to taking it apart.  My question is what type of lining are you guys using to replace the original in these?  Is it the just cut to fit batton insulation.  Any help would be appreciated.
                                                    Thanks in advance Joe help

The bottom of the cooler has a firm fiber-board type of insulation Helps the bottom of the cooler liner support the weight of the ice & bottles when full,  the sides has a  1- 1/4" batt' type insulation, some coolers are spot-welded together.. others have a pressed seam that will need to be un-crimped to remove the liner, the majority of the lids have the top liner sport-welded to the lid-proper.
